PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”)

For the purpose of compliance with the provision of Article 9 of the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 33/POJK.04/2014 regaring the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby announce that on 2 March 2020 the Company received a letter from Mr. Pervaiz Ahmed regarding his intention to resign from his position as the President Director of the Company.

Mr. Pervaiz Ahmed's resignation will be discussed and resolved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held in May 2020.

Thus we submit this announcement.
