PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”)

For the purpose of compliance with the provision of Article 9 of the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 33/POJK.04/2014 regaring the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby announce that on 13 May 2020 the Company received letters from Mr. Kenichi Yamaguchi and Mr. Sonny Adi Nugroho regarding their intentions to resign from their positions as Directors of the Company. 

Mr. Kenichi Yamaguchi and Mr. Sonny Adi Nugroho's resignations will be discussed and resolved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held in on 19 May 2020. 

Thus we submit this announcement.
