-It is hereby announced than on 31 October 2016 the Board of Directors of PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk, domiciled in South Jakarta and having its address at Tamara Center Building, 10^th Floor, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 24, Jakarta 12920 (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Julizar Junaldy from his position as the Independent Director of the Company.

Thus, this disclosure of information is announced for the purpose of compliance with Article 9 of the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of Issuers of Public Companies.
